These Terms of Use apply to all services provided by Sukar Beauty & Spa d.o.o., including treatment reservations and purchase of gift vouchers through the website www.sukar.beauty.
Sukar Beauty & Spa offers the following services:
Gift vouchers can be purchased online through the secure Viva Wallet payment system. After successful payment, the gift voucher is sent to the specified email address in PDF format.
Gift vouchers are delivered exclusively in digital (PDF) format via email. Delivery is made automatically after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher cannot be used or exchanged.
To use a gift voucher, an appointment must be booked in advance by contacting the salon by phone or email. The voucher must be presented upon arrival for the treatment.
All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Payment is made through the Viva Wallet system, which supports all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
Treatment reservations can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of cancellation within less than 24 hours or a no-show, the gift voucher is considered used.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for money after purchase. In exceptional cases (e.g. a technical error during purchase), contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Unused gift vouchers after the expiration period (6 months) cannot be exchanged, extended or refunded.

Sukar Beauty & Spa is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, technical problems beyond our control, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The court in Zagreb has jurisdiction over all disputes.
