These Terms of Use apply to all services provided by Sukar Beauty Studio d.o.o., including treatment reservations and purchase of gift vouchers through the website www.sukar.beauty.
Sukar Beauty & Spa offers the following services:
Gift vouchers can be purchased online through the secure Viva Wallet payment system. After successful payment, the gift voucher is sent to the specified email address in PDF format.
Gift vouchers are delivered exclusively in digital (PDF) format via email. Delivery is made automatically after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The appointment must be booked before the voucher's expiry date; the appointment itself may be scheduled after that date. Once the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used to book an appointment, nor can it be exchanged.
To use a gift voucher, an appointment must be booked in advance - online via our booking page (by entering the voucher code) or by contacting the salon by phone or email. The voucher must be presented upon arrival for the treatment.
All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). Sukar Beauty Studio d.o.o. is not registered in the VAT system and VAT is not charged, pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 1 of the Croatian VAT Act. Payment is made through the Viva Wallet system, which supports all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
Treatment reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, via the link in the confirmation e-mail or by phone. In case of cancellation within less than 24 hours or a no-show, the paid deposit is not refunded and the gift voucher used to book the appointment is considered used.
Online reservations require a deposit of 30% of the service price, paid via the Viva Wallet system. The deposit is deducted from the final price of the treatment; the remainder is paid at the salon.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit applies to your new appointment (rescheduling), or upon your request we will refund it to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the salon cancels or does not confirm the reservation, the deposit is refunded in full.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for money after purchase. In exceptional cases (e.g. a technical error during purchase), contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Unused gift vouchers after the expiration period (6 months) cannot be exchanged, extended or refunded.

Sukar Beauty & Spa is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, technical problems beyond our control, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The court in Zagreb has jurisdiction over all disputes.
