The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and during that period the recipient can book a suitable appointment.
What if the treatment price increases after purchasing the voucher?
The price stated on the voucher remains valid. If the treatment price increases, the voucher recipient does not have to pay anything extra.
Can the voucher be issued to one name but used by someone else?
Yes. We can issue the voucher to one name for billing purposes and dedicate it to the person you’re gifting. It’s enough to provide both names at purchase.
